Email Delivers provides a software for business to create, send,
and manage online email campaigns and newsletters. The
sending must not be used for unsolicited email (also known as
spam).
If a client uses Email Delivers to send spam, Email
Delivers reserves the right to immediately suspend the account.
A client's imported email list must be 100% opt in list.
Client's newsletter or flyer's subject line must not mislead
or false advertise from the newsletter content.
An
unsubscribe link will always be included in every newsletter
automatically.
Client must always comply to all laws and
regulations.
