Q: How does the discount price work?
 A:
  Monthly Subscription - It will automatically charge your credit card or Paypal every month. Email Credits will expire monthly.
 1 Time Trial - Account will close in 1 month, unless you continue to pay for our service.
 Annual Subscription - It will automatically charge your credit card or Paypal every year. Email Credits will expire after 12 calendar months from the purchase date.

Q: Do I have to design my own flyer?
 A: Yes, you can use our HTML editor or your own software or pay us a fee to design it for you.  The average fee starts at $45, depending on your requirement. 

Q: Can I put a lot of graphic in my email flyer?
 A: Yes, but we do NOT recommend it.  The ISPs including AOL as the main supporter to block all emails that has a large memory, or too many images.  We always recommend the least amount of graphic for a number of reasons, including the deliverability rate, and response rate.  We've also found that readers tend to respond to simple flyer that are designed similar a newspaper format, because the message is clear, and do not seem like an advertisement or a spam ad.

Q: I don't have a website yet, can you design a simple website for me?
 A: Yes, if you want a 5 page HTML website, we can do it for $195 + your own Web Hosting and Domain fee if you do not have one.  For more advanced features or special graphics and design requirement, please contact us.

Q: How much does it cost to design a landing page?
 A: Free landing page HTML design if you purchase our web hosting annual plan at $120 per year.  If you already have a web hosting account, a landing page HTML design by itself including an application form to submit to your own email address is $100.

Q: How does the Content Spam Check work?
 A: The content spam check will give you a score of your newsletter, it'll add point(s) for every problem it can find from your content or subject line that will cause ISPs like AOL or Yahoo to block your message. We recommend our clients to modify the newsletter until it is under 1 point for higher inbox delivery rate.  For example, if you use the word FREE in your content, the system will notify you and gives it a score for the amount of problem it may cause with the ISP Spam Filter.

Q: What is IP Certified?
 A: Our IPs are connected with Habeas, an organization that will only certify with reputable companies.  When you are connected with Habeas, research shows it give us higher inbox delivery rate by 20%.

Q: Can I export my unsubscribers?
 A: Yes

Q: Can I import my current unsubscribers?
 A: Yes, once imported, the system will automatically block your unsubscribers.

Q: After each campaign, can I export the opened emails, clicked emails, delivered emails, bounced emails, or forwarded emails?
 A: Yes

Q: Can I create a subscription page, so more people can opt in to my data?
 A: Yes, you can easily create the questions you want to ask, and the subscribers will automatically inserted into your data.  See sample of a subscription page.

Q: Does Email Delivers (CC) or (BCC) the campaigns?
 A: No, each newsletter is sent individually.  Which is one of the procedures that any ESP must do to ensure higher deliverability rate.

Q: Can I schedule a specific time to send my newsletter?
 A: Yes

 Q: How many responses will I get?
 A: This will depend on the quality of your data, and mailing practice, and the preparation work you do before you broadcast your campaign.

Q: I don't want to use paypal, can I just pay with my credit card?

Q: I tried to make a payment without paypal and just use my credit card, but it did not allow me?
 A: If the payment is over $4,000, paypal requires you to have a paypal account.  We can also accept check or wire transfer.
